A mother with 8 wks amenorrhoea comes with shock.She has past H/O TB.Dx? a)Ruptured ectopic pregnancy b)Septic shock c)DIC d)None I think ans will be (A)i.e. ruptured ectopic pregnancy but guide book(Sakshi Aurora)writes (b)Septic shock as right answer.Anybody plz explain. |
