Liver,Spleen,Skin,Brain,Peritoneum are other organs with specialised macrophages...

Liver-Kupffer cells
Spleen-Dendritic cells
Skin-Langerhans cells
Brain-Microglial cells
Peritoneum-Peritoneal macrophages.
