visheet Total Posts: 10 | Posted: Tue Dec 15, 2009 01:49 pm i thinks answer is INSOMNIA.too.. boz of urticaria, seasonal rhinitis, drug reaction(ADR-adverse drug ractions),bronchial asthma are treated by H1 blocker as first line drug,, but in case of INSOMNIA ,which is treated by benzodiazepines like DIAZEPAM ,FLURAZEPAM ,TRIAZOLAM as first line drug ,,,not as H1 recpetor blocker as first line drug for INSOMNIA... |
visheet Total Posts: 10 | Posted: Tue Dec 15, 2009 01:56 pm hi .friends. i think u r confusing about BRONCHIAL ASTHMA ... in case BROMCHIAL ASTHAMA.. H1 receptor blocker like CETRIZINE drug used first line drug for treatment of bronchial asthma & which is very effective in that case ..if u want more explantion, u can use the K.D.TRIPATHI .pharmacology book for better understanding |

bashey Total Posts: 5 | Posted: Tue Nov 30, 2010 07:12 am bcause as we know histamines blockers are sedative in action ,they are insomnia also .so the answer is bronchial asthma for bronchial asthma we require beta 2 blockers and utricuria ,rhinitis ,and drug reactions requires histamine blockers |
