A 26 years old male with 2 weeks long history of high grade fever came to your clinic with severe pain abdomen on exmaination there was Guarding and rigidty which of the following test is diagnostic in confirming this surgical emergency ? which requires immediate Laparatomy
1.Blood test for Complete blood count
2.Gastroscopy
3.Colonoscopy
4.X-Ray chest PA View

i think ,it is the case of enteric perforation caused by salmonella..usually blood culture is gold standard for typhoid..here it may be colonoscopy....m may b wrong

hey its not colonoscopy..its X-ray chest..
air appear below "right dome" of diaphragm

The Answer is 4 that is X-ray of the Chest PA View .This is the real life experience .Patient was admitted in one of the Hospital where I worked the Hosueman missed doing the X-ray chest .Next day we coould do X-ray chest and find the perforation ( gas under the Diaphragm )and the Peroforation was repaired Patinet was discharged after 15 days well
