A. Cell Cycle Specific
B. Cell Cycle Non-Specific
Pretreatment Evaluation before administration of Chemotherapeutic drugs include :
1. Complete hemogram with platelet count
2. Renal Function Tests - Blood Urea and Serum Creatinine Levels
3. Liver Function Tests - Bilirubin levels, Enzyme Levels, Protein Levels
4. Cardiac Function Tests - such as ECG, Echoscreening (Ventricular ejection fraction) in Cardiotoxic drugs (like Doxorubicin)
5. Lung Function Tests - when agents such as Bleomycin is used
6. Serum Electrolytes
7. Throat swab, Urine for C/S, etc
