i think it is pectineus supplied by only one nv(Femoral)

digastric muscle is which arises from two belly.. ref dorland dic..

and options were
omohyoid
occipitofrontalis
lig treiz
sternomastoid..

ans i don know

ms with two bellies is called diagastric muscle
Now omohyoid & occipito frontalis have belleis & a central tendon
sternoclidomastoid do not have two bellies or a central tendon
ligament of trietz its a suspensory musle of deodenum don't konw much about it.
