sridhar Total Posts: 30 | Posted: Tue Jan 15, 2008 05:36 pm wait.. it's given in harrison.the exact words are "If the patient has a mild variant of G6PD deficiency, primaquine can be given in a dose of 0.6 mg of base/kg (45 mg maximum) once weekly for 8 weeks" therefore the answer is primaquine but i marked as chloroquine |
